THE RULES


TO MAKE OUR EVENT MORE ENJOYABLE FOR ALL, THE FOLLOWING SET OF RULES WILL BE ENFORCED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE MANITOULIN COUNTRY FEST 

By attending Manitoulin Country Fest you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth:  

Any person on site is subject to being photographed for Manitoulin Country Fest promotional purposes with no compensation and remains property of Manitoulin Country Fest.  Also, patrons entering onto the festival property may have their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in festival photography and/or web casts by festival, contractor, or partner of the festival.  By entering the grounds, you agree to allow such use of your image and/or likeness.

The Manitoulin Country Fest grounds will be patrolled by the Ontario Provincial Police.

100.7 “The Island” ("The " Island ") is owned and operated by Manitoulin Radio Communication Inc.  The Island does not claim responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.  All articles are left at the risk of the owner.

The grounds will be a “closed site”. Therefore, appropriate wristbands must be worn at all times beyond the checkpoint areas. Anyone on-site without a wristband will be escorted from the grounds.

Only designated vehicles will be allowed on the site.  Parking will be available at the event site (nominal fee) on a daily basis or for the weekend.  A portion of the monies collected for parking will be donated to a user group. 

Non-approved vendors are not permitted on the grounds at or near the event. All such vendors will be asked to leave immediately.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an Adult. This rule will be strictly enforced. Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed on the grounds unless accompanied by an adult.

No coolers will be allowed on the grounds unless accompanied by medical certificate (diabetes, etc). Definitely no glass - Our "No Glass" policy will be strictly enforced.  The no glass policy applies to the camping area as well.

No Dogs Permitted on the Grounds. NO DOGS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE Manitoulin Country Fest grounds. The owner will not receive a ticket refund and the owner is welcome to come back on the grounds without the dog.

No Music (Other than on stage). People come from near and far to listen to the music provided on our stage. Loud music from vehicle radios, amplifiers or any other sound system is a disturbance to everyone and is not allowed. Anyone caught disturbing the peace in this way will be evicted without a refund.

Absolutely NO Drugs or Alcohol are allowed on the grounds.  Anyone arriving at the venue under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be turned away with no refund. There will be a beer tent on site.  Beer will be for sale to be consumed in the beer tent only and is the only area for Alcohol consumption.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS – All ticket sales are final.

ALL CHAIRS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE END OF EACH NIGHT - any chairs left overnight will be removed and placed at the 100.7 The Island booth.  ALSO NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED OVERNIGHT.    

Weather – We will be having MANITOULIN COUNTRY FEST rain or shine. Please bring suntan lotion, insect repellant, rain gear, a jacket for the late afternoon and evening shows and a lawn chair.  We will have vendors on site that will have water, pop, food, and a beer tent.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT BREAKING ANY RULES WITHIN THE MANITOULIN COUNTRY FEST GROUNDS YOU WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT A REFUND.
